Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless something is damaged or there is a quality issue with your order. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size before submitting your order!
All orders are final sale and non-refundable unless items are damaged or incorrect.
Please double check that your address is correct before submitting your order! There is no guarantee that we can change your address after your order has been placed and we cannot refund orders sent to incorrect addresses. If an order has been shipped to an incorrect address, you will need to contact the mail carrier.
Damages and Order Issues
If for some reason you receive a defective item or the wrong size, feel free to email us at contact@lostfortuneco.com, or submit a ticket through our contact page so that we can make this right!
For orders that have arrived to you damaged, defective, or incorrect, we require you to provide photographic proof before we can reship your order or process your refund. Please include these photos in your initial email or support ticket regarding the issue.
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days before the refund is posted to your bank or original form of payment. If you do not see your refund, please contact your bank or original form of payment first. If you are still waiting for your refund after 15 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@lostfortuneco.com.
