When will my order be processed?
In an effort to promote sustainability and fight climate change, all of our products are made to order, which means that they are printed just for you once you place an order. Because we do not have our products in house, please allow at least 5-10 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and fulfilled. During times of high-volume such as the holidays, processing and fulfillment may take up to 7-12 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates for the items that we sell are based on their weight. Our standard shipping methods are US and CA Flat Rate Shipping, however we do offer free domestic shipping within the United States for orders over $100. We also periodically send emails that contain discount codes, so make sure you sign up for our newsletters!

When should my order arrive?
Shipping time depends on the product and delivery destination! Some items take longer to make than others. Please allow 5-10 business days for printing and fulfillment. Shipping and delivery time frames begin after the items have been printed.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to 23 different countries and regions and are working to expand to global shipping soon. Right now, we ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United States.

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information isn't always real-time and shipping providers might delay updating the tracking by several days. 

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! What should I do?
We process our orders very quickly, so if you notice that you input the incorrect address for your order please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change your address or make any other adjustments to the order and you will need to contact the mail carrier. Orders that have been shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.
